Who We Are
Nurse Practitioners Gerontology Group is a clinical group based in Bloomfield, Connecticut. We offer an extensive range of health care and chronic disease management services to the elderly population—specifically, individuals between 19yrs and older. Our founder, Chena McPherson, APRN, has been in the medical field for over 20 years already. She has experience working a Registered Nurse, and an ADNS/director of nursing. In the last few years, she has worked as an APRN, specializing in gerontology and geriatric care.
